I. ORDER POLICY
When Payment is confirmed, your order will be arranged to processed. It will depend on how quantity you place your order, our sale representative will be responsible for informing you estimated production time and keep you updated regularly with order status
Any order reduction should be done before V-Lash Factory produce your order. However, we do not recommend this case because they can affect the progress of your order and incur unexpected costs.
II. SHIPPING POLICY
After payment,V-Lash Factory will collect information about your shipping address. Before sending the goods, our sales department will inform you some pictures and videos about your order. We always want to make sure you know, accept and are satisfied with the order you will receive.
Any change of address after the order has been dispatched will be charged by the carrier. The customer will bear this cost if the notice is delayed to us.
Currently we recommend 2 shipping methods:
- Express shipping: UPS/ DHL/ FEDEX (3-5 working days)
- Saver shipping: 7-15 working days
Both shipping methods you can track your shipping status on the system. However, you can consider choosing the right method for your order.
Damaged/ Missing Packages
V-Lash Factory do not expect any damage or loss to your order. However, in case the shipment is lost or damaged due to the fault of the carrier, we will represent the customer to claim compensation for the order from a shipping agent in Vietnam. Customers please provide us with the most specific and clear evidence so that we can best support you.
III. REFUND
Requesting a refund: In case customers are entitled to request a refund
– V-Lash delivers goods that do not match the order requested by the customer, the customer has the right to return and refund.
– In case V-Lash Factory cannot produce your order and it takes too long to produce the order, the customer will be asked for a refund, if any.
However, we also do not want this unfortunate situation to happen, so we always encourage our customers that we can bring the matter up for both parties to find a solution, such as a refund with only defective boxes, discount on the following orders,….
