1. What is Promade Fans 100% handmade?

If you are lash artist/ lash acadamy or lash supplier, you are working with promade fans everyday but you don’t know your lashes are 100% handmade or made by machine. This title will answer your question.

What is promade fans ? There are so many the “called name” for these lashes such as premade fans, handmade fans, promade fans, fans on strip,…But What are the characteristics of this type of eyelashes and what is the correct name?

Firstly, eyelash extensions are called “fan” because they are shaped like wide-open fans. A few years ago they were called “premade” fans because they were pre-made instead of hand-made from classic lashes. Over time, the manufacturing techniques have become more sophisticated, the lashes are created with smaller roots, more beautiful wings and they are much more “pro” than the old version. Therefore, they are called by the more beautiful name “promade“.

2. What is the production process of Promade Fans 100% handmade?

We are the eyelash factory in Vietnam with the newest technique, So we can show you our process of producing Promade Fans 100% handmade eyelashes.

The first step: Materials are made- 100% handmade

First, we will cut the mold that fits the D type that the customer ordered. Then the craftsmen will put the (artificial) hair into the mold to form the fan lashes. This step requires skill from the artisans because they are 100% handmade. They will create perfect lashes like the one below with the raw, untouched roots.

The second step: Making curl by 100% handmade

First, the raw lashes will be curled with an aluminum tube, then dried at high temperature to create a long-lasting curl.

Then, they will be peeled off the paper, the lashes will be coated with a layer of glue just enough to create adhesion for the lashes.
The third step: Finishing promade-100% handmade in the box

Finally, they will be selected by the QC team and finished in the box

Depending on the type of eyelashes and box that customers want to order, we will complete each type of box according to request. In addition, we accept box design according to the request and model that customers need.
